ABS Plastics: Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene

Characteristic:

1. Good comprehensive performance, high impact strength, chemical stability and good electrical performance.

2. It has good fusibility with 372 PMMA and can be made into two-color plastic parts. It can also be coated with chromium and sprayed with paint.

3. High impact resistance, high heat resistance, flame retardant, enhanced and transparent grade.

4. Fluidity is slightly worse than HIPS, better than PMMA, PC and so on, good flexibility.

5. ABS is divided into ordinary and transparent grades. The ordinary grade ABS is the natural color or black regular shape cutting material. The surface has a good gloss. The natural color ABS particles generally have white cutting marks at the incision site.

6. ABS has good toughness. In order to have a firm bond, ABS will corrode B-butadiene and form pits when coarsening, which enlarges the contact area between the coating and the product, and forms the pulling force of the nails. Therefore, the bonding force of the coating is firm.

1. It is not easy to produce internal stress cracking and has high transparency. Its softening temperature and impact strength are higher than PS.

2. It has higher impact strength, better heat resistance and chemical corrosion resistance than polystyrene. Elastic modulus is one of the higher types of thermoplastics.

3. AS plastics are highly transparent particles.

4. The product is not easy to break, AS breaks as soon as it breaks. If it is raw material, it can be bitten by teeth. AS is very brittle and can be bitten by teeth.
