The advantage of the PET plastic

PET plastic has the following advantages:

1. PET plastic has good mechanical properties, impact strength is 3~5 times of other films, good folding resistance.

2. oil resistant, resistant to fat, acid resistant, dilute alkali, resistant to most solvents.

3. The heat resistance of pure PET is not high, the hot deformation temperature is only about 85 C, but it is greatly improved after reinforcement. The mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced PET are similar to those of PC, PA and other engineering plastics. The thermal deformation temperature of PET can reach 225 C. The thermal aging resistance of PET is good, the brittleness temperature is - 70 C, and it still has certain toughness at - 30 C.

4. gas and water vapor permeability is low, both excellent gas, water, oil and odor properties.

5. high transparency, which can prevent ultraviolet rays and gloss.

6. it is non-toxic, tasteless, hygienic and safe, and can be directly applied to food packaging.
